Free nationwide delivery for orders worth 490,000 VND or more.
30,000 VND for each order worth less than 490,000 VND.
c) Delivery Time
Upon receiving an order on the website, the staff will process the order and call the customer to confirm the order information, payment and shipping within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Delivery time is about 3 - 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date of successful order confirmation.
In some cases, delivery time may be extended as follows:
+The order processing staff cannot contact the customer to confirm the order by phone.
+The delivery staff cannot contact the customer multiple times when delivering the goods.
+The delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect or difficult to find.
+ Force majeure events such as: Natural disasters, storms, floods, fires, etc.
d) Geographical Limitations for Delivery
Available delivery locations: Throughout Vietnam, except for areas where the shipping partner cannot deliver
Note:
+Lohafood does not currently provide international delivery services
+All legal responsibilities related to delivery and delivery progress will be borne by the shipping partner
e) Determining the Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Service Providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.
Providing Goods Documents: Lohafood is responsible for providing full goods documents, including invoices, warehouse delivery notes, shipping receipts, and other related documents during the delivery process.
Responsibilities of Logistics Units: Shipping companies cooperating with Lohafood are responsible for preserving goods and providing necessary shipping documents to customers.
f) Handling Delays in Delivery or Service Provision
In case of delay, Lohafood will promptly notify the customer by phone or email.
The customer has the right to cancel the contract if the delay seriously affects their plans. In this case, Lohafood commits to refund the entire amount paid and not charge a cancellation fee.
g) Joint inspection before payment and receipt of goods
You check to ensure that the order is delivered in the correct model and quantity as the order placed before payment. You are not allowed to try the product.
In case you are not satisfied or the product is defective due to manufacturing, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, Lohafood will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you placed.
h) Responsibility for damaged goods during transportation
For goods damaged during transportation, Lohafood will be responsible for resolving the problem for the customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return according to the "return and refund" policy. For any problems that arise, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third party providing the shipping service.

Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to the Customer's fault, Lohafood unfortunately cannot support the Customer to exchange/return the product.
